Services & Intellectual Property
IDBS offers custom furniture manufacturing and interior execution. All design concepts, 3D renders, mood boards, drawings, and website portfolio images are the exclusive intellectual property of IDBS and may not be copied or used without express written permission.

Quotations & Payment Terms
Quotations are valid for 30 days. Our standard payment milestones are 40% advance deposit (to initiate design & sourcing), 40% progress payment (upon manufacturing commencement), and 20% on handover. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or production begins.

Warranty & Governing Law
We provide a 1-year structural warranty on manufactured furniture and workmanship against defects under normal wear. These terms are governed by Indian law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
